Insulating concrete forms are essentially large hollow blocks, with two built-in layers of insulation, ready to be filled with concrete. Produced in a wide range of shapes and sizes they allow for any architectural building style. Using ICFs results in a faster build time than for conventional construction techniques, and superior insulation properties. ICFs have a 2 hour fire rating, are highly storm resistant, and considerably reduce noise.
