Description of Work:
I had water coming into the space below the house, caused by the builder's improper waterproofing of the area below the driveway and garage. Through the years, it had caused dry rot. This company walked me through the entire problem and proposed fix. Todd has 17 years experience as a contractor and I have a great confidence in what he was telling me. They had to pull off the siding and replace all areas of the dry rot. They had to replace beams under the house, and metal rods that had rusted out. He worked in concert with my concrete/waterproofing guy and the city inspector's office to do the work.

They were there working whey they said they would. They were careful and even fixed things that weren't related to the project (e.g. a post on the porch has rotted out, and they replaced it). They accidentally cut the garage door electricity and worked it until they fixed it (better than it was before). I am having them give me a bid on a deck that is failing after only being installed 5 years ago. I trust this will go well also. Besides the fact that they are experienced professionals, they are just really nice guys.
